Employment Litigation Attorney
Compensation: $110,000-200,000
Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in:
- Defending employers in lawsuits alleging violations of employment laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, Wage and Hour, and ERISA Benefit Litigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent clients in court/arbitrations.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- The ideal candidate has experience handling certain aspects of litigation to include:
- Interviewing witnesses.
- Reviewing electronically stored documents
- Drafting pleadings.
- Drafting motions and briefs.
- Conducting and defending depositions.
- Attending court appearances.
- Must be barred in California.
- Plus, if barred in Nevada but not required.
