E-Discovery Attorney
Compensation: $140,000-160,000
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar Membership.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation specifically in practicing law. This experience should include handling a variety of commercial cases, including contract disputes, business torts, and complex litigation matters.
- Proven experience in all phases of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, legal research, document review, court representation, negotiation, and settlement. Successful trial experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain clear and open communication across legal departments, with opposing counsels, and manage client relationships.
- Strong understanding of current eDiscovery law and jurisprudence, eDiscovery processes and current & evolving eDiscovery technologies.
- Possess a thorough understanding of ESI Protocols, Production Orders, Protective Orders, and all front-end discovery-related stipulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion and achieve goals.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify continuous improvements in policies and processes and execute on those improvements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple cases, meeting deadlines, and effectively coordinating with legal support staff and experts.
- A commitment to upholding high ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Familiarity with litigation support tools and technology, including e-discovery platforms and case management software, may be beneficial
- Strong advocacy skills and the ability to represent client interests effectively while adhering to professional standards.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics and helping with the on-boarding and training of new and existing customers.
- Implement custom workflows to reduce client costs and enhance speed-to-evidence for clients.
- Create and refine standard documentation, including ESI protocols, Protective Orders, review protocols, training guides and review workflows.
- Identifying and escalating improvements to eDiscovery policies and procedures as necessary.

Commercial Litigation Attorney
Compensation: $160,000-250,000
Qualifications:
- Applicable experience in commercial litigation, business litigation, employment litigation, and/or general liability litigation.
- Active California Bar Membership.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a substantial portion of that experience focused on commercial litigation. This experience should include handling a variety of commercial cases, including contract disputes, business torts, and complex litigation matters.
- Strong expertise in commercial law, including a deep understanding of contract law, business regulations, and relevant statutes. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations can be a plus.
- Proven experience in all phases of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, legal research, document review, court representation, negotiation, and settlement. Successful trial experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional research and writing skills, with the ability to draft persuasive legal documents, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective legal counsel to clients, maintain clear and open communication, and manage client relationships.

Compensation: $130,000-145,000
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.
- 2-5 years of experience practicing Consumer Law /consumer debt defense, with a substantial portion of that experience focused on litigation.
- Understanding of Consumer Protection laws at state and federal levels, commercial law, and Federal Bankruptcy Code.
